Oil Pastels
Personally, it is not my choice of medium, just not as comfortable as charcoal or pencil. But I had this box of my Poppy's old oil pastels sitting in my room for years, unsure what to do. The other week while cleaning my room I decided to make a project for it in order to get them out of the bottom of a drawer and be used with purpose.
I decided to draw the view out my window as spring blooms outside.
Our old basketball hoop got busted when nobody was looking, and my parents tossed it out. It was kinda strange seeing it get thrown out, it has been around as long as I remembered, in every house we lived in. It was nice to catalouge it in this project.
